This is my blog on my experience as a Polish Muslim. I’m happy to answer all questions from both Muslims an Non Muslims on the condition that you respect my faith, and are not here to fight.
About Me
I am Australian but have a Polish background and speak the language. I decided to embrace Islam in the year 1999 after searching for the truth and analyzing different faiths.
I do experience intolerence from many people in my community. However Islam has given me the strength to deal with this, and Quran tells me to be PATIENT, my reward is with the Almighty God.
I have several Polish friends who have embraced Islam and did experience problems with their families on different levels. Some parents have accepted my friends decision and others are resistant to it. No matter what the outcome, my friends all have become better people after embracing Islam and respect their parents much more than they did before due to the high status Islam gives to parents.
I have gone through many experiences and am happy to share them in the hope it will make you feel not alone in your journey with the hardships that come your way.I have worked for an Islamic school for several years and have many valuable contacts if you have a question I’m unable or not qualified to answer.
